I haven't gone for a run since September 4th, and it was only once a month before that starting in May. As much as I love running, it freaking BLOWS!
I did 5K on the treadmill, I walked most of it actually, so I quess I sould say I walked instead of ran.
I want to try and use the treadmill more, so I set a goal on Nike+ to run two times a week for the next three weeks. I believe that is a very reasonable goal and I really hope that I sick with it.
I am currently eating rasin, date and walnut oatmeal as my post workout snack, yummy.
I can't wait to get in the shower!
I feel bad for my Louie right now, his face is shedding and its bothering him but he can't get it off himself.
